Cyber Security Lab

Adrita Rahman Tory is a cybersecurity researcher at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) and the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Canberra, where she leads the Cyber Research Lab with seven student researchers. Currently pursuing a Professional Master’s in IT at Jahangirnagar University, her research focuses on federated learning for network intrusion detection, differential privacy, and AI-based threat detection. She has published in Computers & Security and presented at international conferences, with recent work examining privacy-robustness tradeoffs in federated learning systems and threat coverage gaps in critical infrastructure datasets.
