Biography
A B M Shawkat Ali (born 30 July 1969, Jamalpur, Bangladesh) is a Bangladeshi‑origin Australian author, computer scientist, and academic leader. He is Vice‑Chancellor of BUBT and an adjunct professor in Data Science at Central Queensland University. His career spans teaching, research, and leadership roles across Bangladesh, Australia, Japan, and Fiji. He is widely recognized for contributions in data mining, machine learning, computational intelligence, and Smart Grid systems.
